I really like that you included non technical books. Especially "How to win friends and influence people" by Dale Carnegie is a great book for developers nowadays, though I would recommend the updated version with the subtitle "... in the digital age" as it provides some additional learnings, but doesn't miss anything from the original.
On the technical book list I would add "code that fits in your head" by Mark Seemann and actually put it on the first spot, because it aggregates a lot of knowledge from the books on you list and many more. "Clean Code" is still relevant today, but I would not put it on the first spot. This is only my personal opinion though.
Great list overall and I will definitely check out the some of them 🙂👍
