Great article, but does the transition you describe from the caveman to the robot really relate to the real world? To me and some of my friends in other companies it almost feels the way round. Scrum started as a way to transform waterfall-ish companies to agile, but than the company's got stuck in the process and instead scrum got transformed to waterfall with time estimates behind the seams.
